or experienced customer service professionalsThe pride of being part of a highly respected, high‑profile global charityThe OpportunityRepresent Habitat for Humanity GTA as a Brand Ambassador by modeling our values and guiding principlesSupport the Manager with supervising, training, and leading ReStore staff and volunteersManage, post, and update our retail eCommerce platforms (Shopify and, SalesForce)Provide administrative and clerical support as required including, daily health and safety inspections, inventory and donation processing, etc.Supervise all retail operations including store merchandising (including our eCommerce website), selling, space management, stock control, etc.Problem solve and troubleshoot day to day issues and concernsEnsure a safe work environment by adhering to and promoting store policies and health and safety protocols and best practicesSupport with reaching sale and customer satisfaction targets to fund our causeDeliver exceptional customer service to our customers, donors, and volunteersDeescalate and resolve customer complaintsSupport with the loading and unloading of donated products from our trucksAdvocate for Habitat for Humanity GTA and model our values and guiding principlesWhat You Bring1‑3 years of customer service or retail experienceAbility to be available on weekends on a business needed basisProficient in technology (including Microsoft Outlook/Teams), retail management systems, and social media for marketingPrevious experience leading people or managing a retail operation is an assetAbility to perform heavy lifting (up to 30 pounds) and walk, stand, sit, and stair climb on a frequent basisSafety boots required:
