As our Champagne Bar Bartender, you are the architect behind the bar. You'll manage a focused selection of prestige and grower champagnes — handling service, presentation, and the rhythm of a high‑touch operation — while creating the kind of confident, unhurried atmosphere that invites guests to linger and explore. and lounge service as requiredCollaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a cohesive guest experienceFollow all outlet policies, procedures, and service standardsAdhere to all safety and sanitation guidelinesQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:1–2 years of experience behind the bar in an upscale restaurant, lounge, or cocktail bar environmentServing It Right certificationStrong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (classic and contemporary)Engaging personality with a genuine passion for guest serviceAbility to adapt service style between refined dining and elevated bar settingsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesli> Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentationFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExperience with POS systems is an assetFluency in written and spoken EnglishApplicants must be able to commit to the full seasonal period (May through September 2026).Physical AspectsConstant standing and walking throughout the shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsRegular kneeling, pushing, and pullingFrequent ascending and descending stairs and rampsAbility to carry multiple plates and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environmentVisa RequirementsMust be legally eligible to work in Canada.
