They must work on various aspects of sales: coordinating business plan scheduling, picking and tracking samples for trade shows, and assisting with print art for mock-ups.ResponsibilitiesAssist in completion of in-store and ecommerce quote sheets/item set up sheetsSupply images to both sales representatives and retailersNew account set up and follow up (Specialty Accounts)Handles daily communication with customers, partners and sales representativesWork hand-in-hand with sales manager to ensure business plans are executed as scheduledEnsure retailers/distributors/sales representatives have all product/marketing information and pricing in order to conduct their business and make product selectionsEnsure customers’ product requirements and timelines are communicated to the internal support team, and are executed correctlyAssist in sample/mock up department including:Mocking-up quality samples of a wide range of packaging, CDUs, Blister cards, using different materials like Adhesive paper, CCNB, Corrugated and PVC windowsPrint art for Mock upsBuilding 3D mock ups for graphic approval, Toy Fairs, planograms, Sales presentations, etcCoordinate with Toronto TMK on picking, packing and shipping samplesUploading tracking once samples have shippedCoordinate,



plan and execute samples for various trade showsQualifications2-3 years’ experience in Toy industry or equivalent CPG industryBachelor’s degree preferredAdobe Photoshop requiredProven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while continuously taking initiative and pushing projects forward under tight deadlinesPassionate about games and willing to drive self and others to achieve excellent gamesThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $50,000 to $55,000 Per Annum.
