The team uses data analysis, actuarial science, and market research to maintain the company's financial health and competitive edge, ensuring profitability while offering fair rates that comply with provincial regulations.Position OverviewMultiple Senior Actuarial Analyst positions are available within the GI Pricing and Profitability team. As a Senior Analyst, you will implement pricing strategies and coach junior actuaries to achieve business objectives. Reporting to the Actuarial Manager, you will demonstrate subject‑matter expertise, work autonomously, and play a key part in executing the team's strategic direction.ResponsibilitiesRegional Auto (ON, QC) or Residential PricingReview and update pricing algorithms to support profitability and growth objectives.Generate ideas for strategies to accelerate profitable growth and execute them.Submit filing documentation and support regulatory bodies where required.Price optimization across personal lines.Build and apply models and optimization techniques to recommend premium adjustments.Track and report on the performance of deployed strategies, identifying areas for improvement.Support RSP (Risk Sharing Pool)
