This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor paste plant equipment, including pumps, mixers, conveyors, and control systems.Prepare paste mixtures by accurately measuring and adding cement, water, and additives per established formulas.Adjust process parameters to achieve the desired paste consistency for effective backfilling.Collaborate with engineers, geotechnical experts, and team members to meet paste specifications.Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.Follow safety protocols, environmental regulations, and health standards.Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and quality checks.Participate in training and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices.Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for paste production, safety, and environmental compliance.Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues,
