This role provides leadership to production personnel, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement while serving as a key interface between production, internal teams, and external customers. This is an operationally intensive role requiring robust floor presence, multitasking ability, and hands‐on leadership to drive day‐to‐day manufacturing execution and team performance.What You'll Be DoingProduction & Operations ManagementCoordinate day‐to‐day plant production and operational activities to meet business and customer demands.Organize and monitor jobs in a 100% custom shop environment to ensure timely execution and ship‐date adherence.Resolve production issues that arise throughout the manufacturing process.Collaborate with plant and office teams regarding shop drawings and operational requirements.Communicate production performance related to schedules, headcount, budgets, and operating plans to management.Support plant cost initiatives and drive achievement of annual cost savings targets.Leadership & Team DevelopmentGuide and advise Team Leads on company policies and employee‐related matters.Work with Plant Manager to determine staffing requirements and support onboarding of new employees.Promote positive employee relations by engaging frequently with employees and addressing concerns.Provide employee training,
