Work will begin in May and finish in November.Summary of ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of Food and Beverage.Follow company policies, procedures and service standards.Have a friendly and approachable, positive and qualified image at all times.Knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation methods, in order to assist guests with selections.Anticipate guests’ needs.Setting up and stocking the restaurant to prepare for service.Setting up and running the espresso machine.Clear, bus and reset tables in a timely manner.Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and work effectively as part of a team.Keep the restaurant clean and orderly.Complete opening and closing duties.Maintain accurate guest checks, handle a cash float,
