Salary Range:$85,000–$95,000 plus a robust benefit programAbout the RoleA leading national media and advertising organization is seeking anAirport Advertising Business Managerto oversee and optimize its advertising program and partnership with their client. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of airport advertising operations, maintaining strong partnerships with airport stakeholders, and supporting revenue growth through operational excellence and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. This is a hybrid position requiring regular on-site presence at the airport and periodic work from a regional office.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Program ManagementManage daily operations of a large-scale airport advertising portfolio, including static, digital, and experiential formats.Act as the primary liaison with airport authority partners and internal operational teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.Coordinate with technology, project management, and infrastructure teams on the rollout and maintenance of digital signage networks.Ensure timely response to posting issues, maintenance needs, and asset performance concerns.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementServe as a central point of contact for internal sales teams, leadership, and external stakeholders regarding airport advertising programs.Conduct site tours and presentations for clients and internal partners, highlighting advertising opportunities and capabilities.Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to translate new opportunities into compelling proposals and materials.Monitor revenue and expenses related to the airport advertising program to ensure profitability and alignment with forecasts.Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior leadership and finance partners as required.Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory,



and operational obligations established with airport authorities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience in business or operations management, partnerships, or account leadership; experience in out-of-home media, transportation hubs, or complex stakeholder environments is an asset.Experience with Concession Management a strong asset.NOTE:this is not a creative/design role but more an Operations/Account Management type position per the job details.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and finance teams.Proficiency with standard business software and tools for both in-person and virtual collaboration.Additional RequirementsBased in the Vancouver area and able to work on-site at the airport multiple days per week.Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for travel between locations as required.Why JoinThis is an opportunity to play a key role with a high-profile client, managing premium media assets in one of Canada’s busiest transportation hubs.
