CompensationCAD 45,000 - CAD 62,000 - yearlyJob DescriptionThe Inventory Analyst, Print is responsible for managing omni‑channel inventory to meet business performance goals and customer experience, and provide insight and analysis into the business. The analyst seeks to maximize product availability, minimize unproductive inventory, and improve margins.Key Performance MetricsSupport sales of storytellingAllocation analysisArticle (ISBN) set up accuracyOn time allocationsSell through targetsMonthly story planogram readinessForecast accuracy% in stock performance (Stores & DC)Inventory weeks of supplyReturns rateInventory productivityStore Help ticket within SLAMinimize UPS costsKey AccountabilitiesFunctionalAccurately allocate new books to anticipated customer demand, and forecast omni‑channel customer demandProvide insights from analysis on inventory and business performanceReview DC and store forecast exceptions to maintain forecast accuracyManage and maintain SAP replenishment parameters at the store, online, and DC level to ensure in‑stock and weeks of supply targetsManage returns to meet the Merchandise Category returns targetCommunicate effectively with other functional teams (e.G. Category Management, Store Operations, Distribution Centre)Work with vendors to ensure timely reorders/reprints of required inventoryResolve store‑reported inventory problems within service level agreementsMaximize margin and product availability through effective sourcing decisionsDevelop and improve functional processes and reportingAct as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision‑making and design processesProactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needsEmbrace and seek out technology that creates high‑tech and high‑touch solutions for Indigo’s customersChallenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve themPeopleCollaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions,
