and statute of limitations across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.Identify loss trends by property type, geography, and claim category and contribute to risk mitigation recommendations for operations and development teams.What You BringDegree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in liability claims handling, investigation, or analysis — in‑house, with a carrier, or at a TPA.Knowledge of general liability, property damage, and construction‑related claims in commercial real estate or development.Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. insurance markets and jurisdictional claims requirements.Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and claims management systems.Professional designations such as CIP, AIC, or progress toward CPCU or ARM are an asset.Salary Range$65,000 - 85,000AI UseThis role may involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, analysis, content development, design, reporting, or operational efficiency. Employees are expected to use AI responsibly and in compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, confidentiality obligations, and applicable laws.
