and ways of working.Supporting steering committees and executive governance bodies.Change and Adoption InitiativesTranslating strategy into how teams work.Coordinating communications, enablement, and feedback loops.Executive ReadinessPreparing briefing materials, insights, and decision support.Ensuring leaders are informed, aligned, and not surprised.Skills and attributes for success5‑8 years of progressive experience in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment, with demonstrated responsibility for driving complex, cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end.Prior experience within a Big Four firm or large enterprise workplace strongly preferred, particularly in roles supporting senior leadership or enterprise transformation programs.Proven experience supporting or delivering transformation initiatives (e.G., technology, digital, AI, operating model, or large‑scale change programs).Strong hands‑on experience translating executive‑level direction into structured plans, milestones, workstreams, and ownership models.Demonstrated ability to track progress, manage dependencies, surface risks early, and sustain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.Experience operating with a high degree of autonomy, exercising judgment on when to act independently versus escalated.Experience preparing executive‑ready materials (e.G., decks, briefings, decision papers) with a high bar for clarity, consistency, and quality.What we offer youWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
