Backed by nearly a century of lending experience through its legacy companies, Fairstone Bank and its brand family are proud to be Canada’s leading alternative lending bank.About The RoleAs a Senior Analyst Performance Management, you will support business planning and performance management activities through financial models, forecasts, business and financial analysis, industry research and special projects. You will work in a multi‑business organization to support the required reporting, analysis and communication. This is a temporary 9‑month contract role.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities by coordinating across the business and finance teams with multiple business units through the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks (3‑5 Year Plans).Support the management team for the Cards and Retail Financing Business to develop and maintain tracking of key business drivers and net credit margin for key business segments.Support business performance and variance analysis,



including key business metrics, income statement, balance sheet, and regulatory metrics.Assist the preparation and completion of monthly and quarterly business review materials, forecast materials and AOP discussion materials for Executive Leadership, Ownership Group and the Board.Support a strong data‑driven environment, providing fact‑based strategic insight to business partners to identify risks and recommendations to improve future business performance.Business Growth – Support the development of business cases and investment analyses, initiative tracking, and post‑implementation reviews.Finance Transformation – Play a key role in enabling the capabilities of a newly launched cloud‑based implementation of Workday ERP and optimization of financial planning tools.Data Driven Organization – Be an advocate to adoption use of data to simplify decision making and presentation of complex information. Lead the development of management dashboards, business models and data platforms.What We’re Looking ForFinance / Accounting designation (CPA/CMA, MBA, CFA)3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting2+ years Financial Services industry experienceStrong financial modelling capabilities with experience creating robust financial plans, forecasts, and projectionsPrevious experience coordinating rigorous forecasting and planning cycles and corresponding outputsRelevant FI experience including management and OSFI regulatory reporting,
