Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct classes for ESL 160 focused on TEFL methodology • Create and implement engaging lesson plans • Use digital teaching tools for online course delivery • Facilitate micro-teaching and peer assessment sessions • Work closely with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment

Requirements: • Master’s degree in TESL or a related field • Minimum two years of ESL teaching experience • Prior teaching experience in similar courses preferred • Collaborative teaching experience necessary • TESL Certification or equivalent mandatory
