In this role, you will coordinate estimating efforts across disciplines, contributing to projects valued between $1 million and $2 billion. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural and structural estimating experience and the ability to mentor junior estimators. Work flexibility from home or in a Stantec office is available alongside potential travel for project assessments.

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare comprehensive multi-discipline cost estimates • Support vendor pricing and negotiations • Validate quantities and assumptions in estimates • Conduct quality control of construction documents • Coordinate constructability reviews for designs

Requirements: • 10+ years in estimating for building projects • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Proficiency in estimation software and methods • Experience with multi-discipline teams • Relevant qualified certifications a plus
