Recognized with four Governor General’s Medals and named Architizer’s 2025 Best Global Sustainable Firm, we’re driven by a simple belief: design shapes how we live and the future we leave behind.What You’ll Get Up To:Jumping into complex, high-profile Interior Design projects both local and abroadWorking side-by-side with our interior design team to bring ideas to life, from concept sketches to final details on-siteCollaborating closely with our architecture team from the early stages in a fully integrated design processCreating stunning presentations, developing interior schedules, and leading FF&E selectionsProducing full interior drawing sets in Revit; coordinated, accurate, and well-craftedWork together with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors,



and the rest of our talented MGA teamMentoring junior designers and contributing to a contributing to a studio culture where everyone gets betterBeing an ambassador for MGA, representing our design values in client meetings, at industry events, and in the quality of everything we put our name onWhy it Matters:Design should do more than look good. Join us, and you’ll be part of a team shaping real impact here at home and around the world.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of interior design experience (public, commercial, or institutional is an asset)CIDA-accredited degree; NCIDQ completed or in progressStrong design, graphic, and technical skillsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe SuiteExperience producing full drawing sets and coordinating with consultantsWorking knowledge of building codes (BCBC and beyond)A strong eye for finishes, lighting, fixtures, and furnitureOrganized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicatorComfortable adapting to evolving tools and workflows, including AIRHAFC knowledge is an assetProactive, takes ownership, and spots issues before they elevateIf this resonates, this is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work alongside a team driving change in our industry.What We Offer:Competitive salary: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.Adventure Bonus: Our one-of-a-kind annual bonus is designed to fund experiences that stretch you, challenge you, and get you out into the world.Growth:
