The HR team is stable, experienced, and deeply embedded in the business.This is a pivotal time to join, as the organization navigates executive renewal, operational growth, and ongoing transformation initiatives.The Impact You Will HaveReporting to the Director of Human Resources, theManager, Human Resourceswill act as a strategic partner to corporate and operational leaders supporting alarge, high-volume employee population of approximately 450+ employees within the Customer Care / Contact Centre environment, in addition to broader corporate client groups.This role operates within amulti-jurisdictional, employment-law-sensitive environment, including federally regulated and Quebec-based employees. You will support leadership across multiple levels of the organization, including:Manager-level and below populations (~275 employees)within Customer CareDirector-level and above leaders across corporate functionsThis role includesdirect leadership of an HR Generalist, with the expectation to build capability within the team while maintaining strategic ownership of the portfolio.The mandate is to elevate HR from reactive support to proactive, strategic partnership, strengthening leadership capability, mitigating risk, guiding organizational design, and supporting workforce planning in ahigh-volume, fast-paced operational environment .What You Will DoProvide dedicated HR partnership toCustomer Care / Contact Centre leadership supporting 450+ employees,



addressing high-volume workforce challengesCoach and supportfront-line and mid-level leaders (Manager and below populations)on employee relations, performance management, and engagementAct as a strategic advisor toDirector-level and senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and transformation initiativesLead and develop aHuman Resources Generalist, providing direction, coaching, and oversight on day-to-day HR matters and employee relations case managementNavigate complex, high-volume employee relations matters within acontact centre environment, ensuring consistency, fairness, and risk mitigationPartner with leaders through periods of change, executive transition, and workforce realignmentSupport performance management processes, including mid-year and year-end reviews (ADP platform)Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on offers, onboarding, headcount planning, and compensation alignmentGuide senior leaders through onboarding to ensure alignment with organizational structure, policies, and expectationsParticipate in monthly operational reviews with leadership to align people priorities with business objectivesDrive continuous improvement through technology enablement, process optimization, and AI-forward thinkingWhat You Will Bring5+ years progressive HR experience, including business partnering and complex employee relationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
