We offer an attractive compensation package with benefits.The OpportunityThe Automation Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated systems used in the continuous production of nitrile examination gloves. This includes high-speed dipping lines, chemical dosing systems, curing ovens, stripping systems, conveyors, robotics, vision inspection, and packaging automation. The role ensures maximum uptime, process reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO 13485, GMP).This is a newly created position to support our operational ramp‑up. We are currently aiming to fill this role in summer 2026, with an anticipated start around July/August 2026.What You Will DoAutomation & ControlsTroubleshoot and repair PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo systems, including Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 and Omron SysmacMaintain and modify PLC/HMI programs, I/O systems, and control panelsDiagnose faults in sensors, actuators, temperature/pressure transmitters, and instrumentationCalibrate process instruments, including temperature, level, flow, pH, and conductivityMaintain communication networks, including Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, and ModbusProduction Equipment SupportSupport automated dipping lines, including former chain systems, coagulant tanks, latex/nitrile tanks, leaching tanks, and curing ovensMaintain automated chemical dosing and mixing systemsTroubleshoot oven temperature controls and curing systemsMaintain glove stripping, counting, stacking, and packaging automationSupport vision inspection systems for pinhole detection and quality controlMaintain conveyors, robotics,
