ResponsibilitiesAssemble junction boxes, electronic controls, and other assemblies per mechanical and electrical drawingsInstall and test completed electronic assembliesAct as an inspector for final electronics checkoutInteract with manufacturing to ensure proper installation and test of completed electronic assembliesParticipate in wiring diagram / interconnect drawing reviewsTroubleshoot electronic assemblies for production and aftermarket supportMaintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsConserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job resultsContribute to team effort by training others in performance of moderately complex electronics assembly tasks as neededInspect all work prior to passing it on to the next operationDocument actions by completing production and quality formsQualificationsHas a Technical Certificate/Diploma in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or other electronics related program, or equivalent mix of relevant education with proven relevant experience5+ years in a similar technician roleBrings previous experience in industrial/manufacturing settingsHas demonstrated working knowledge of wiring diagrams, interconnect drawings/ladder logic, schematics and bill of materialsIs able to bench troubleshoot wiring utilizing diagrams and drawings and discrete circuits containing relays, diodes, transistors, capacitors, resistors and DC battery chargers utilizing schematicsIs knowledgeable in the usage of millimeters and power suppliesHas basic computer skillsCan exercise initiative and independent judgment in adapting and applying procedures to address day‑to‑day activitiesConsults with supervisor when making decisions regarding complex or unusual circumstancesIs familiar with wiring and ability to test/troubleshoot electrical circuitsHas robust attention to details and the ability to multitask, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety is criticalIs results‑oriented,



self‑motivated individual with a sense of initiativeHas the ability to work independently and as a team player while solving problems and multitasking in a deadline‑driven environmentTakes responsibility for their own safety and those around them by following safety & environmental rules and regulationsShiftThis is a day shift position running Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.Physical Demands / Working ConditionsPush / Pull up to 30 lbs - occasionalSquatting / Kneeling - occasionalStooping / Bending - occasionalStanding / Walking – frequentLifting up to 50 lbsVariable hand / power tool use – frequentGripping, manipulation – frequentPay RangePay Range is typically between $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.
