As a Network Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT network, desktops, laptops, servers and security systems. You will need to be able to diagnose network related problems, manage Windows Servers (both Domain and Email), our client’s Avaya Phone System, MS Hyper-V, and VMWare support skills. The successful candidate should also have excellent documentation skills.Responsibilities:Update network applications as requiredMaintain daily backups and off-site storageTroubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.Conduct technology training for new usersTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer, and software issues reported to the IT Service DeskAssist in the development of training coursework and materialsMaintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertiseIncrease efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skillsPerform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarkingMonitor and remove virus, spyware,



and other non-authorized softwareComplete special projects as requestedQualifications:5+ years of experience as a senior systems administrator & virtual environments VMware/Hyper-V)Associate’s degree in Computer Technology or related field.
