harm reduction and client-centered approach to women and families with complex barriers.Work in collaboration with all Womens Housing teams at the YWCA Regina Kikaskihtanaw Centre for Women and Families to meet needs for housing, food security, and safety, and to understand personal finances.Service DeliveryAdministrative DutiesQualificationsExperience working with Indigenous communities and cultures.Demonstrated experience working with the complex needs of people experiencing homelessness.Passionate about financial empowerment, education, and community service.Knowledge of the Child Welfare system, Trauma Informed Care, and Family Violence would be an asset.Knowledge about mental health issues and substance use disorder and how to respond to them (Naloxone training is an asset).Ability to work independently and with a team.Accurate record keeping ability and basic computer skills (knowledge of HIFIS would be an asset).Good communication and organizational abilities.Multilingual abilities or lived experience in the communities served is a solid asset.Crisis intervention skills.Awareness of colonization and the intergenerational impacts it has had on women and families.Respect for women and children of various backgrounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
