ensuring alignment of services that support recruitment, retention and an exceptional student experience. As the primary liaison with student leaders and the Student Union, the Vice President fosters a responsive, inclusive environment and contributes to institutional planning, including the development and execution of strategic and enrolment‑management priorities.The Vice President advances student success and wellness by ensuring high‑quality programmes and services aligned with NIC’s mission and values, while overseeing budgeting, resource allocation and operational effectiveness across the portfolio. The role represents the College externally at provincial and national levels and strengthens relationships with community partners, supporting communications and engagement efforts, including the work of the NIC Foundation. As a people leader, the Vice President promotes a respectful, inclusive and high‑performing culture, leading recruitment, performance management and staff development, and contributing to labour relations and continuous improvement.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio focused on student success,
