Job Summary:The Senior Healthcare Space Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing space planning strategies for healthcare facilities, ensuring effective and functional use of space to meet the needs of patients, staff, and visitors.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in space planning, healthcare design, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards in Canada.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with healthcare clients and project teams to understand space requirements and project objectivesDevelop space planning strategies and concepts for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical officesConduct space utilization studies and analyze data to optimize space efficiency and functionalityPrepare space plans, layouts, and diagrams using AutoCAD or other relevant softwareEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control, accessibility, and patient safetyCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate space planning with architectural and engineering systemsLead and participate in meetings with clients, stakeholders,
