The role oversees nightly financial processes, balances debit and credit transactions, posts room charges, and prepares accurate reports for management and accounting. It also delivers attentive guest service, addresses guest needs promptly, safeguards guests and staff, and maintains operational excellence.Process telephone callsProcess overnight arrivals and departuresRegister arriving guests and assign roomsProcess guest departures, calculate charges, and receive paymentTake, cancel, and change room reservationsResolve minor guest complaintsRefer major complaints to Front Office Manager or Front Desk SupervisorBalance cash and complete balance sheets and cash reportsComplete night audit and report via Maestro PMSProvide information on hotel facilities, services,
