Position OverviewJob Type: Full-TimeStarting Wage: $17.60/hr for Server; $26.58/hr for Match Service Manager.Location: Gateway Casinos – Atlas Steak + Fish.Key Responsibilities – Match Service ManagerMaintain and demonstrate expert knowledge of upcoming events, products, and promotions.Ensure profitability of steakhouse operations by achieving financial and performance goals.Supervise shift operations, including all employee and guest related functions.Motivate employees to provide excellence in service and ensure guest experience exceeds expectations.Actively participate in training and instruction of employees in proper food handling procedures, quality service standards, and all other department procedures.Manage team efficiencies as they pertain to operational needs.Responsible for opening and closing procedures, including cash-outs and daily sales reporting.Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.Responsible for cash management activities.Enforce Serving It Right and company policies on guest consumption of alcohol.Key Responsibilities – ServerTwo years or more experience in a high‑volume casual dining workplace.Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.Experience in tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment, or event training preferred.Serving It Right (BC), ProServe (Alberta), or Smart Serve (Ontario) certificate.World Host/Super Host certificate or similar customer service program preferred.Proven selling, marketing, and service skills in a dining, retail, or promotions environment.Food Safe Level 1 certificate.Effective public speaking skills and presence.Ability to carry up to 30 pounds,
