SCP Youth Care Workers show up for our youth everyday in meaningful and impactful ways. Supporting, connecting, empowering and advocating will be the cornerstones of your role.You’ll:Build trust-based, professional, boundaried relationships with youth aged 16–21Support daily living in transitional housing and life skill developmentImplement case plans and safety strategiesDocument youth interactions, appointments, and incidentsDe-escalate crises and respond to emergenciesWhat You BringThis isn’t your average desk job.
