This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting long-term strategic planning.* Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.* Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and innovation across our insurance, credit card, and retail banking businesses.* Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion within existing markets.* Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure strategic alignment.* Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of strategic initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.* Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.



**What you bring:*** 5-10 years of experience in product strategy or strategic planning within the financial services industry(Strongly preferred)* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to take data, identify insights, and influence key stakeholder decisions.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.* Must be comfortable with ambiguity.* Knowledge of the insurance, credit card, and retail banking sectors.We’re always looking for great talent!
