You will guide hourly employees, coordinate production and maintenance work, and help keep the plant operating with purpose every day. This role supports customer needs, strengthens our safety culture, and contributes to responsible site development and rehabilitation.RESPONSIBILITIESLead daily production and maintenance activities to meet safety, quality, and operational targetsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and all company policies and training requirementsCoordinate manpower, equipment, inventory, and production schedules to support customer demandPlan and support preventative and reactive maintenance, including shutdown preparationMaintain production schedules, budgets, forecasts, and share updates with management and hourly teamsRepresent the site during regulatory visits and support site rehabilitation and special projectsREQUIREMENTSTechnical knowledge of aggregate, concrete, or construction operationsOne to three years of experience in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong computer skills with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an assetAbility to rotate with the crew and work both day and afternoon shiftsFlexibility to work weekends and overtime as neededCollege diploma in a related field (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experienceEEO AND ACCOMMODATIONCRH Canada recognizes Canada’s diverse landscape.
