Take your Skills to the Next Shutdown - Now Hiring!Essential Responsibilities:Execute shutdown and turnaround rigging scopesProvide daily leadership, direction, and support to Journeyperson and Apprentice IronworkersForecast, coordinate, and oversee preventative maintenance requirementsEnsure the safety of the crew, equipment, and work environmentAdapting to changing priorities in a time-sensitive environmentDaily paperwork and conduct daily toolbox talksMaintain high productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed timelinesMaintain and update maintenance schedules, tracking systems, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective planningCoordinate and communicates with the other Foreman and Supervision to ensure the correct sequencing of operationsTrains, supports, and offers guidance to new employeesInspects work fronts regularly and ensures schedules are followedQualifications:Registered Journeyperson Ironworker certification3-5 years previous experience in a foreman roleProven experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage maintenance in oil & gas or heavy industrial environmentsExperience working on time-sensitive, schedule-driven projects with shifting prioritiesAbility to work 10-12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdownsDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and procedural complianceWorking Conditions:Travel providedVarious shifts availableWork in all weather conditionsWeekly payment of wagesExtended health benefits provided by CLACCamp providedAdditional InformationLedcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
