Our products capture, process, encode and display embedded video and support AI machine vision and deep learning.ResponsibilitiesProvide pre‑sales technical support to prospective clients.Support the sales team with customer conference calls.Manage clients from support through the sales cycle to closed business.Respond to customer requests professionally and timely.Understand end‑user applications and technology requirements.Create detailed proposals and written documentation.Identify potential customers and create current accounts.Prepare cost estimates from BOM and related documents.Contribute to CRM and forecast by completing pipeline and lead management.Consult directly with customers throughout the sales and account management lifecycle.Attend trade shows and conferences as a representative of WOLF.Perform additional administrative tasks as required.Qualifications5+ years of proven sales or technical support experience, ideally in embedded solutions.5+ years of proven engineering experience.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, software,



or aerospace engineering.Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.Proficiency in reading datasheets and understanding requirements.Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.Familiarity with XMC, VPX, NVIDIA, OpenVPX, FPGA, AMD, PCIe, GPU and related standards.Knowledge of SOSA, CMOSS, VICTORY and similar standards.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Established contacts in defence and aerospace industries.Willingness and ability to travel across Canada and Europe approximately once per month.Preferred AssetsExperience in military, defence, or aerospace sectors.Background in graphics.Military service, Secret certification, or security clearance.Additional relevant standards knowledge.Legal RequirementsApplicants must provide valid documentation to show Canadian or U.S. citizenship or Canadian permanent residency and undergo a police check with no criminal background.BenefitsCompetitive base salary $120,000 – $140,000.Commission and performance incentives.Health Care Spending Account.3 weeks paid time off + 1 week holiday shutdown.Monthly wellness allowance.Profit‑sharing program after one year.Relocation assistance for eligible candidates.Social and appreciation events.Job TypeFull‑time, hybrid, Aurora, ON.TravelRegular travel across Canada and Europe, approximately once per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
