With a growing project pipeline and continued expansion across the region, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their field leadership team.
Your New Role
As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise field crews, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating labour, materials, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining productivity and quality across a variety of projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
Projects include multi-family residential developments, commercial construction projects, tenant improvements, and EV charging infrastructure installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise electrical crews on active construction projects.
- Coordinate daily work plans, manpower requirements, and material needs.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, suppliers, and other trades.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues.
- Maintain project timelines, productivity, and quality standards.
- Manage material orders, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and promote a strong culture of health and safety.
- Complete daily reports, labour tracking, and progress updates.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician Certification (Required).
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or Senior Lead Hand.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, and EV infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction practices and the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Proven leadership and crew management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid BC Driver's License.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
