The leasing agent is responsible for marketing, leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and retention of residents. They will demonstrate a commitment to anticipating and exceeding resident and client expectations.Responsibilitiescreate and maintain effective marketing for vacant apartment unitscoordinate showings from all marketing sourceseffectively lease vacant apartments and reduce vacancy via individual showingsresponsible for the collection of deposits, preparing and processing full application packages, obtaining relevant supporting documentation, lease preparation, and guiding prospective tenant’s through the application processprospect data entry into all required management systemsmust provide and maintain comparable market analysis of competitor pricing, product, and incentivesprovide weekly traffic reportsproactively identify changes required due to current market and competitive changes in the marketplacediligently follow-up with clients and present strong closing presentationcomplete other duties as assignedWho you areBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate,
