Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full‑time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company. This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions.What You’ll Be BrewingExperience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analyticsExecution of Promotions and Events – Lead/Support with the execution of core programming for Molson Coors at Local Events (Golf Tournaments, Concerts, and Festivals)Merchandising – Setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and eventsRepresent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your communityReporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution and volume opportunities within on‑premises customersYou will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summerKey IngredientsYou are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degreeYou have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekendsYou have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions.



You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract.
