PDS delivers advanced engineering and technical solutions for global customers, including customized products, software development, user interfaces, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions.As a Project Manager, you will plan, manage, and deliver projects from start to finish. You will work with customers (Partners, OEMs, and corporate clients) and internal teams including Control Systems, UX, and Software Development.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and assess new project requests with Team LeadsCreate Statements of Work (SOWs) and project quotesCommunicate scope, schedule, and deliverables with customers and internal teamsManage project timelines, resources, and scope changesCoordinate custom hardware and interface development with internal and external teamsTrack progress and ensure accurate billing and invoicingSupport internal process improvements, training, documentation, and occasional in office supportSecondary DutiesYou may also support other PDS activities as needed, including:Group planning and process developmentTrainingOn-site troubleshooting and supportDocumentationQualificationsDegree or certification in Project Management (or equivalent experience)2+ years of Project Management experience in Building Automation or related fieldStrong communication, organization,



and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of HVAC systemsExperience with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools (preferred)Knowledge of HVAC control systems, networking, and building automation/IoT systems (preferred)Work Location:Hybrid (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change)City:SurreyType:Full-time, PermanentTravel:Occasional travel to sites for up to 1 week at a time, several times per yearSalary:$95,000 – $110,000 CADThis range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations.
