This role requires robust attention to detail, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to communicate with customers in their preferred language.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers in their preferred language, including Urdu, Punjabi, and others as neededProvide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting meat productsClean, prepare, process, and cut various types of meatCut carcasses, sides, and quarters into standard wholesale and retail cutsTrim meat, remove bones, and prepare standard cuts according to specificationsCut poultry into parts and grind meat productsPrepare and fulfill special customer ordersWeigh, price, wrap,
