Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect Client : Banking Sector Location : Toronto, ONEvery Monday and 2nd Friday of the month Contract Type : 6 months with high chances of renewal Contract Rate: $100/hr Incorporated (Negotiable) Role OverviewThis role is responsible for defining end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalable architecture, and driving best practices across development, integrations, and data modeling—particularly acrossCMDB and asset management domains. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions Define platform architecture, including application design, integrations, and data models Act as a technical authority across ServiceNow modules (e.G., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD) Provide hands-on development support when required (scripting, workflows, integrations, APIs) Architect and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP, middleware, and event-driven patterns Design and governCMDB architecture, ensuring accurate configuration item (CI) relationships and data integrity Define howasset data and CMDB data are structured, linked, and maintained, ensuring alignment with business services Collaborate with infrastructure, security,



and enterprise architecture teams to align platform strategy Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, upgrade-safe design, and platform governance Required Qualifications2 years of IT experience with significant focus on ServiceNow Architecture 7+ yrs of experience inServiceNow development Proven experience as aSolution ArchitectorLead Architecton large-scale ServiceNow implementations Capable of challenging proposed solutions that do not align with ServiceNow best practices or involve excessive customization, ensuring optimal platform usage. Skilled at collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations. Deep understanding ofServiceNow backend architecture and data model Working knowledge of howCMDB and Asset Management data are linked, structured, and utilizedwithin ServiceNow Solid understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and cloud platforms (e.G., Azure, AWS) Preferred QualificationsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or CTA preferred) Experience in large enterprise environments (banking, telecom, or public sector) Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models Experience with platform governance, roadmap planning, and technical leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
