This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on enhancing purchase-to-pay processes, optimizing digital tools, and improving user experience. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of project execution, change management, and system innovation, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact initiatives in a rapid-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the implementation of procurement processes, workflows, and enterprise-wide change initiativesDevelop training materials, documentation, and enablement resources to support adoptionGuide internal teams on procurement case management systems and issue resolution workflowsSupport the evolution and optimization of procurement support systemsExecute internal communication strategies, including training content and enablement assetsProject Management & ExecutionLead end-to-end execution of procurement and digital experience initiativesDefine project scope, timelines, success metrics, and delivery plans in alignment with stakeholdersIdentify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and drive mitigation strategiesManage multiple concurrent initiatives with clear prioritization based on business impactEnsure consistent tracking, reporting,
