This role is ideal for a dependable leader with strong organizational skills and experience in food service or concessions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate concessions staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to safety and quality standards.Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure accurate stock management.Oversee food and beverage preparation and service, including responsible alcohol service.Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations and resolve any issues promptly.Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of concession areas.Train new staff on operational procedures, customer service,
