Crawford is seeking a Branch Manager to provide leadership and direction for the Commercial Claims Team within our Third-Party Administration division. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective service delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.This is a hybrid position in Mississauga or Toronto, Ontario.Salary range: $93,000 to $115,000ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Supervisors and Adjusters dedicated to commercial claims.Provide the team with direction and coaching to ensure the effective handling of commercial casualty claims.Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team in the management of day-to-day business issues.Analyzing, developing and implementing an efficient claims system by monitoring delivery systems, procedures and methods to help improve processes and results.Monitoring file pendings and managing with metrics.Coaching and developing to maintain sufficient reserves to cover losses.Fostering staff development by assisting with the selection of staff, conducting performance evaluations, providing ongoing and effective feedback,
