The Head of Category Management is responsible for leading Mopar Canada’s category strategy across parts and service programs, with accountability for revenue growth, gross margin, and dealer performance.This role provides end-to-end ownership of category performance, including pricing, incentive programs, vendor management, and go-to-market execution, while working closely with Field Operations and North America teams to drive business results.ResponsibilitiesCategory Strategy & PerformanceLead category strategy and execution across retail, wholesale, and collision channelsMonitor and drive performance across revenue, gross margin, and operating incomeIdentify opportunities to optimize pricing, product mix, and overall category performanceIncentive & Commercial ProgramsSupport the design and management of dealer incentive programsEnsure programs align with business objectives and financial targetsEvaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance dataDealer & Field CollaborationPartner with Field Operations to support dealer adoption and execution of programsContribute to the development of tools and processes that enhance dealer performanceAddress operational challenges related to policy, pricing, and program implementationVendor & Cross-Functional CoordinationManage relationships with external vendors supporting marketing and program deliveryLead RFQ/RFP processes and support vendor selection and performance monitoringCollaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Finance,
