This is an hands‑on and strategic role, responsible for leading Finance and Legal while helping shape and execute our business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesActively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership TeamParticipate in enterprise‑wide strategic planning and executionServe as a trusted advisor to the President and SLT on financial and business mattersFinance & Accounting LeadershipLead all core finance and accounting functions, including:Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableCash flow management and forecastingMonthly close, reporting, and financial statementsP&L forecasting and variance analysisKPI reporting and performance insightsOwn financial planning, budgeting, and regular forecasting processesWork closely with external accountants, auditors, and banking partnersEnsure strong financial controls, discipline, and transparencyFP&A and Data & AnalyticsOversee FP&A functions in a transactional (non‑SaaS) business environmentLead financial modelling, forecasting, and planningUse analytics to drive insight into revenue trends, performance, and future growthProvide oversight of legal and compliance activities,
