You’ll be supported with ongoing learning and development opportunities and empowered to move forward in your hospitality career.THE DAY TO DAY:Actively lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence during serviceSupport Private Dining Events and ala carte serviceInspire and motivate your team by clearly communicating the restaurant’s vision and upholding Oliver & Bonacini’s valuesMonitor and uphold all points of service and attention to detail in both guest experience and back-of-house operationsSupport and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management initiativesCultivate a warm, skilled, guest-first cultureBuild strong relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and senior leadershipContributes to scheduling, payroll accuracy, budgeting, inventory, and invoicingEnsure the venue is spotless, well-maintained, and operating at the highest standardSupport marketing efforts and contribute to guest outreach and promotional strategiesActively participate in health & safety initiatives,
