As a leader who helped shape the industry, Draganfly’s focus is on the sale of drone products and services, contract engineering & custom integration product development, and health monitoring products and services.About The Role:Draganfly Innovations is seeking a highly organized and execution‑focused Sales Enablement Specialist to support and strengthen our growing sales organization. This role is critical to ensuring our sales team is equipped with the right tools, content, processes, and insights to operate efficiently, move deals forward, and win complex opportunities.This position goes well beyond content creation or administrative support. You will act as the connective tissue between Sales, Revenue Operations, and cross‑functional teams, supporting proposal development, sales processes, onboarding, and deal acceleration. You will help bring structure to complex B2G sales cycles, supporting public safety, defense, and enterprise pursuits from opportunity to close.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, enjoys building and improving processes, and takes pride in enabling others to perform at their best.Key Responsibilities:Proposal, RFP / RFI & Deal SupportCreate quotes, organize sales orders and purchase orders, and ensure CRM (HubSpot) alignment with all sales documentationSupport the development and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and tender responsesMaintain a centralized library of approved and reusable proposal contentEnsure submissions meet compliance requirements, formatting standards, and deadlinesSales Process EnablementMaintain and continuously improve sales playbooks, SOPs, and internal sales documentationEnsure alignment with defined sales stages, qualification frameworks,
and approval processesIdentify process gaps and inefficiencies and collaborate with Revenue Operations leadership to implement improvementsDeal Acceleration SupportAssist sales teams with complex deal structuring, including product configurations, solution bundles, pricing frameworks, and proposal developmentBuild and maintain standardized solution packages (e.G., platform and payload bundles) to streamline quoting and reduce turnaround timesSales Training & OnboardingSupport onboarding of new sales team members, including CRM usage, sales tools, sales processes, and product knowledgeCoordinate and deliver ongoing enablement sessions, including product updates, messaging refinement, and competitive positioningReinforce best practices across the sales team to drive consistency and performanceSales Performance & InsightsMonitor usage and effectiveness of sales materials and enablement programsSupport development of dashboards and reporting related to content usage, deal velocity, and win/loss insightsUse insights to continuously refine enablement strategies, tools, and materialsWho are you really?You are highly organized and enjoy bringing structure to complex sales environments.You take pride in execution — following through on proposals, processes, and enablement initiatives from start to finish.You are comfortable supporting sales teams in B2G or enterprise sales cycles with long timelines and detailed requirements.You communicate clearly and work well across teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done.You thrive in a role where your work directly enables others to succeed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience3–6 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, deal desk,
