cameras911 emergency dispatchDispatch emergency calls to clients EH&S emergency service to manage fire, rescue, medical and the emergency command centre at all applicable sitesDispatch security alarms, events and activities to all sitesReport security incidents and ensure all incidents have been accurately documented in the system and reported to the appropriate individualTrack all alarms and resolve any alarms relating to card problemsReport on patrols using the shift report template and the electronic tour applicationParticipate in safety meetingsGenerate attendance reports in the event of an emergency conditionQualifications for Control Room OperatorBe authorized to work in CanadaValid Alberta Security LicenseMinimum 1 year experience in Control/Call CentreFluent in English; French is an assetHold a high school diploma or equivalentStrong computer and typing skills, proficient with Microsoft OfficeExperience with monitoring and operation of video and surveillance systemsAvailable for a 6 on 6 off 12 hr rotation; must have fulltime availabilityJob Segment:Call Center, Customer Service, Bilingual#J-18808-Ljbffr
