This will be a permanent opportunity.Perks & PerksCompensation: 40,000-41,600Please note, this role is fully in-office in the client’s Langleyoffice.ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume inbound communications (80–100 interactions/day) via phone, email, chat, and textAct as the primary point of contact for customers, consignees, and drivers during active deliveriesCoordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery and service level complianceTroubleshoot and resolve delivery issues in real‑time, including last‑minute changes and routing adjustmentsProcess customer and driver requests, including adjustments, credits, and escalationsMaintain strong relationships with repeat customers by delivering consistent, high‑quality serviceProactively identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction or operational issuesCollaborate cross‑functionally with operations, dispatch, and management teamsAccurately track and manage orders,



including working with PO numbers and shipment detailsUtilize internal systems and tools (including Courier Complete and Microsoft applications) to manage workflowsQualifications2+ years of high‑volume customer service experience (logistics or transportation industry strongly preferred)Experience in fast‑paced, reactive environments with shifting prioritiesStrong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindsetProven problem‑solving ability and sound decision‑making under pressureFamiliarity with dispatch systems, order tracking, or logistics coordination is an assetComfortable working with PO numbers, order details, and delivery tracking processesProficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace toolsReliable transportation requiredFlexible and adaptable with the ability to work early shifts#J-18808-Ljbffr
