The incumbent must be aware of all College programs, courses, policies, procedures, software programs, schedules, and financial accounts, and represent the College to external and internal students and customers including funding agencies.Primary duties (Greenstone Campus):Provide liaison services for students with the Registrar’s department, Financial Aid, and other regional campuses.Provide front‑line assistance to students and the public.Process, reconcile and supervise financial functions such as Bookstore sales, petty cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable and book deposits.Perform all Bookstore operations.Assist in the day‑to‑day operation of the Greenstone Campus.Make decisions regarding student access to photocopying, food services, building safety, security,
