Mosaic AI is the enterprise AI platform purpose-built for B2B technical support. Founded in Tel Aviv and Toronto by Alon Talmor—an AI PhD, second-time founder, and former Chief Data Scientist at Salesforce Data.com following the acquisition of his first company by Salesforce—the business launched as Ask-AI before rebranding to Mosaic AI in January 2026 to reflect its evolution into a comprehensive AI platform for technical support.
Unlike traditional support AI, which was largely designed for simple B2C interactions, Mosaic AI tackles the complexity of enterprise B2B technical support, where every case depends on factors like product configuration, version history, customer context, previous escalations, and engineering knowledge. Its proprietary Customer Context Model brings together data from Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and more than 100 other systems to power a suite of agentic AI products across the entire support lifecycle with no data migration required and deployments completed in weeks.
Today, Mosaic AI helps leading enterprises resolve technical issues faster, automate repetitive work, and surface insights from every customer interaction. By combining AI-powered assistance, intelligent self-service, knowledge management, and workflow automation, the platform enables support organizations to improve customer outcomes, increase team productivity, and reduce operational costs at scale.

About the Role:
AI is changing how businesses operate and how people work. Mosaic is an AI-native platform used by technical support teams, which puts them at the front of that change: customers trust them to help them rethink how their support orgs run and the experience they give their own customers.
Mosaic has product-market fit, enterprise logos, and a platform that lands in weeks instead of quarters. What it needs now is a demand engine that matches the ambition, one built for enterprise, multi-threaded buying committees and six-figure deals rather than volume lead capture.
You'll inherit a strong foundation, not a blank slate. Mosaic has invested heavily in its brand, positioning, website, marketing infrastructure, and outbound engine. Your job is to build the repeatable inbound demand engine that complements Sales, find the channels that scale, and make marketing a competitive advantage as the business grows.
You'll own demand generation end to end: pipeline strategy, paid, ABM, lifecycle,
SEO/AEO, events and webinars, partner and community programs, and the marketing systems underneath it all. You'll set the pipeline number with Sales, own it publicly, and be measured on qualified pipeline and pipeline-to-close, not MQLs. As budget and results allow, you'll build the team around you.
Demand strategy and pipeline ownership
- Own the demand generation strategy and the pipeline number that comes with it, so the company can hit aggressive growth targets reliably and efficiently
- Build the plan across paid, ABM, lifecycle, organic, events, and partner channels, and determine the channel mix that produces efficient growth at every stage of the buyer journey
- Model and forecast pipeline on a standardized cadence Sales can plan against
- Develop segmentation across industries, buyer personas, and target accounts to get the most pipeline out of every dollar
- Allocate and defend budget against measurable return
Campaign execution and channels
- Design and launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns aimed at enterprise support and CX leaders
- Build ABM programs for priority accounts, run jointly with Sales outbound to win and grow key accounts
- Own SEO and AEO strategy as buyer discovery shifts to AI search
- Own the marketing website and keep it optimized for conversion
- Run field marketing, executive events, webinars, partner marketing, and community programs that produce enterprise pipeline
- Own an experimentation pipeline: test new channels and tactics relentlessly, validate what works, and kill what doesn't
Marketing systems and measurement
- Own and build out the martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, enrichment, intent) to capture the data, reporting, and insights the team runs on
- Own attribution and reporting, and show the return on every marketing investment
- Establish marketing KPIs, build the dashboards and forecasts that connect marketing activity to revenue, and recommend where to put the next dollar
- Build lifecycle marketing across acquisition, activation, expansion, and customer advocacy
- Bring an AI-first approach to the whole function, using AI agents and workflows to run lean at greater output
Cross-functional and team leadership
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead flow, SLAs, and pipeline quality, and act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership on pipeline targets, account strategy, forecasting, and go-to-market execution
- Work with Product Marketing to turn positioning into campaigns that convert, making sure marketing attracts the right prospects and converts interest into Sales qualified pipeline
- Become an expert on the enterprise AI space and on Mosaic's product and customers
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing marketers while building an empowered, accountable team culture
- Bring a transparent point of view to the exec table on where growth comes from next
About You:
- 7 to 10+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, including time leading the function
- A builder: you've gone from zero to one, building and scaling a demand engine at a B2B SaaS company in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment, ideally from Series A/B through growth stage
- You've owned pipeline as a number, publicly, alongside a Sales leadership team, and you've driven demand across the entire revenue funnel
- A domain expert in enterprise Sales-led GTM: you've marketed to buyers with long sales cycles, multi-threaded buying committees, and six-figure ACVs, and you have command of both inbound and outbound
- Proven success building ABM and paid media programs with an outbound Sales function against a defined ICP account list, plus a track record across a range of organic and paid channels
- Deep hands‑on expertise with the martech stack: HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, attribution, enrichment, reporting, and marketing operations. You can measure and attribute the impact of every marketing investment
- Strong commercial instincts: you think in pipeline, CAC, conversion, payback, and revenue, not impressions or MQLs
- AI‑fluent: you already use AI to change how marketing works and executes, and you keep pushing what's possible
- Growth‑obsessed and experimental: you run a real test‑and‑learn program, measure honestly, scale winners fast, and abandon losers just as fast
- Deeply curious about products and customers: you invest the time to understand a complex technical product and turn it into stories that land with enterprise buyers
- An exceptional communicator who builds credibility and trust with senior stakeholders through data, storytelling, and clear business outcomes
- Highly proactive and entrepreneurial: you create momentum, spot opportunities, and don't wait to be told what to do
- A player‑coach, comfortable setting strategy one day and rolling up your sleeves to launch campaigns the next
- An owner: you embrace accountability for results
Bonus:
- Experience marketing AI, developer, or technical infrastructure products.
- Experience marketing against large incumbents such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
The Extras that Matter:
This is a company that just tripled revenue, launched a new platform, and is going directly after Salesforce. The upside is real and the ownership is unusually broad for a team this size.
- Competitive base plus variable tied to pipeline performance
- Meaningful equity in a Series A company with enterprise traction
- Hybrid working out of Toronto HQ, with a global team
- Direct line to the CEO and exec team — decisions get made in days, not quarters
- A marketing org led by a CMO who has built and scaled this function four times
