This role plays a critical part inAzure migration initiatives, requiring strong technical expertise and close collaboration with Agile pod members to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Systems Analysis & RequirementsElicit, analyze, document, and managedetailed system, functional, and non-functional requirementsTranslate business needs intouser stories, functional specifications, and technical requirementsResearch and analyze current-state system capabilities and recommendtechnology solution optionsAgile Delivery & CollaborationActively participate inAgile ceremoniesincluding stand-ups, refinements, estimations, and retrospectivesIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; provide timely escalation when requiredMaintain ongoing communication with business partners, pod members,
