This organization operates within a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment and is experiencing ongoing hiring demand across operational and corporate functions.This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high‑intensity, deadline‑driven environments and has experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for both skilled trades/production roles and office‑based positions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full‑cycle recruitment across production, logistics, operations, and corporate rolesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role requirementsSource candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals,
