We are hiring a Glass Operations Mechanic in Waterdown! You will be responsible for performing maintenance repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting in the glass plant. Glass Operations equipment as standard but be able to operate plant legacy equipment.Packaging 1000 kg bulk bags of products via bulk bag loading system in Glass area.Monitor quality and record general production information.Operate forklift and scissor lift.Operate front end loader for glass transfer and waste removal.Operate control panels and equipment systems from a PLC interfaceRequirements433A certification is preferred but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 kgPrevious experience in a production/manufacturing settingPrevious experience operating forklift, loader, and scissor lift is preferred.Must have basic math skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.Work at heights using fall protection.#J-18808-Ljbffr
