OverviewNight Audit Supervisor role focusing on supporting clients, building meaningful relationships with residents and customers, and contributing to a fast-paced guest experience.What Will You Do?Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests when possible; resolve customer inquiries about services, hours, personnel, events, directions, etc.; respond accurately and promptly with recommendations based on local knowledge.Process packages, messages, and mail (outgoing or incoming) accurately and timely.Comply with Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Ensure desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions is up to date; maintain knowledge of local activities and establish contacts with vendors to provide information, tickets,



and reservations for guests.Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages.Utilize a variety of software programs to input special arrangements and ensure accurate billing.Provide basic troubleshooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV, and Web services.Night Audit FunctionsMonitor house accounts, adjust weekly and balance daily.Sort shifts, balance adjustments, and charges; make necessary corrections.Lead by example, use company time efficiently, train current hires, and adhere to SOPs.Maintain system backups daily (PMS, merchant interfaces, etc.).Complete credit card balancing and processing in a timely manner, ensuring daily transmission and proper backups.What You Will BringA high school diploma or equivalent is requiredStrong attention to detailAbility to analyze financial dataStrong customer service skillsAble to work overnight shiftsFamiliar with basic bookkeepingSalary Range$24 - $26 CAD Per Hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
